Durga Temple Timing – For all the days except Thursday the temple is open from 9 am to 4 pm but on Thursdays, the temple is open from 4 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Goddess Durga here is the Devi of power and riches. The temple in its heart has a four foot high idol of goddess decorated with glittering ornaments and is depicted in a standing posture over the Mahishashura(Demon). The idol of goddess is shown with eight hands carrying different weapons. Inside the main area there are three shrines situated separately for Sri Malleshwara Swamyvaru, Sri Natraj Swami and Sri Subramanyeshwara Swami.
