Nohkalikai Falls (Meghalaya):

Famous waterfall in the state of Meghalaya. It is also known as ‘Seven Sister Waterfall’ and has an astounding height of 1,033 feet.  Nohakalikai waterfall near Cherrapunji is India’s highest waterfall. Cherrapunji is known for the heavy rainfall every year and this is the source of the water of this spring water. Therefore, during the drought period from December to mid-February, this water propagates to a great extent. Just below the water Pratap, blue-green water swim fields have become. This water fall name was named after the name of Lakai, a local girl who fluttered through a rocky hill near this water rush. People with diseases such as spondylitis and asthma are advised not to go down because it is difficult to climb back hundreds of stairs.
