This temple is one of the most important temples not only in Haridwar but also in North India. This temple is located at the top of Neel Parvat. So to reach the temple either you can take the hike which is approximately 50 minutes or you can just take the ropeway which will take you around 5 minutes just to reach the top. from the top of the hill, you will be able to see the majestic view of the Haridwar city. Chandi Devi Temple Timings are from 6 am to 8 pm and it is placed at the height of 2900 meters above from sea level. This temple is dedicated to the Goddess Chandi which is the manifestation of the Goddess Durga.

This temple attracts many tourists from India as well as from abroad. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Mansa it is located at Bilwa Parvat. Goddess Mansa is a believed to be a form of Shakti or power which was emerged from the minds of Great sage Kashyap. This Temple is also famous for Siddhpeeth which is believed to be a sacred shrine. and this place also offers a nice panoramic view of the Mansa Devi temple. There are total Three Siddhpeeths in Haridwar and this temple is one of them. Since the temple is located at the top of the mountain you can reach it by doing a 3km trek or just by using a Ropeway which is also known as Mansa Devi Udankahtola. Mansa Devi Temple Timings are from 8 am to 5 pm.

Har Ki Pauri is a famous landmark in the Haridwar city. This is one of the main reason why people from around the globe visit the Haridwar. It is a Ghat on the banks of Ganges River. It is also known as the Gangeshwar temple and adjacent to it you will also find Shree Ganga Temple. This place is the main venue for the Kumbh Mela. Kumbh Mela Haridwar is hosted here after every twelve years. it is the largest gathering of humans. People from all around the globe visit here and perform their ritualistic Ganga Bath in order to wash away their sins and attain the Moksha. Also, Ardh Kumbh Mela which is hosted here at the time interval of every six years. The name literally translates to Steps of Lord Shiva. It is believed that in the Ancient times both Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu visited this place. The morning and evening Ganga Aarti is very famous among the devotees and its the main reason why tourists are attracted to this place. During the Ganga Aarti, small oil lamps are lit and are placed in the river this view is really beautiful it makes the whole Ganga river light up. You will definitely be mesmerized with this view. There is also a large footprint in the Ganga Temple which is adjacent to the Hari Ki Pauri It is belivied that this footprint belonged to Lord Vishnu.

As the name suggests this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This is a very sacred and religious place among the Lord Shiva devotees. This temple of Lord Shiva is named after Daksha Prajapati who was the father of Sati. and Sati is another name of Goddess Parvati. This temple is not exactly in Haridwar but it is only 4km away from the Haridwar city you can reach it by using a bus or by using a cab. This temple is in full glory during the month of Shravan according to the Hindu Calender.

This is one of the ancient temples in the Haridwar and it is also one of the Siddh Peeth Located in Uttarakhand. Goddess Maya who is believed to be the incarnation of Goddess Shakti is said to be residing here. This temple is at the walkable distance from Hari ki Pauri.
